The soloist dancer for 18 years of the Tanztheater Wuppertal, Cristiana Morganti proposes a journey into Pina Bausch’s universe seen from the dancer’s perspective.
How to prepare a solo performance? What is the relationship between excitement and movement? When do movements turn into dance? What’s the connection between dancer and scenography? And between dance and music? How do people especially create the mysterious and magic link between artist and audience? Cristina Morganti through her live performance pieces brought from the Tanztheater repertoire reveals her human and artistic journey with the great German choreographer, leading her audience to discover the wide dedication, creativity, tenacity and attention to detail that are intrinsic to Pina Baush’s work.

Caterina Benincasa and Beatrice Bugelli, or: St. Catherine of Siena and Beatrice from Pian degli Ontani, the poet shepherdess, have never met: they're divided by centuries of history and merge them an infinite number of thin and fascinating wires. With their help, I tried to weave together these wires to tell the life of these two stubborn Tuscan communicators.

The genesis of a great text like Anna Karenina. The road that leads from the first sketches to the accomplished work is an unparalleled testament around the origin of the work of art.
Anna is not an invention, but an obsession: a ghost that resides into Tolstoy's mind, forces him to question its meaning, attracts and repels him with the typical ambivalence of the supreme experiences.
More than ten years after "L' amore probabilmente" - his last fiction film, presented at the Venice Film Festival - Giuseppe Bertolucci returns with the same protagonist, to go throw a subtle shadow line that separates reality from imagination.

concert for voice and cello
The concert Madrigale appena narrabile repeats a vocal score born in 2007 and opens today at the involvement of new entries in a laboratory exploration of the molecular technique of the voice, that prelude to the performance.
Through a vocal experimentation that examines the phonic substance of each units voice, and every vocal step, Chiara Guidi will prepare the participants of the concert performance, working seven days in intensive analytical examination of the score that combines the choral recitation and musical development of many voice connections.
In this twenty-first century madrigal Chiara Guidi meets the word once again in his relationship with music. Does not use it as support for bringing up the sound, but its meaning does explode, resigned and helpless-looking hidden names. The consistency of the text is just narrable, shortly after or before the silence. A word poor, deeply attentive to those who remain, after all.
